💼 Compensation includes a competitive day rate plus production-based percentage
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Diagnose and treat endodontic conditions with precision and care
✅ Perform root canals, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures
✅ Utilize advanced imaging to ensure diagnostic accuracy
✅ Collaborate with the general dentist on comprehensive treatment plans
✅ Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and aftercare
✅ Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
✅ Follow best practices for infection control and patient safety
Qualifications:
🔹 DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
🔹 Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency
🔹 Active NY dental license
🔹 Excellent clinical and communication skills
🔹 Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
