Our practice has been in exit since 1984. We have two locations. One in las cruces and the other one in Alamogordo both in NM one hour away from each other. We are in search of a general dentist. Some experience would be great but will consider a new graduate. Our practice is fee for service only so our pace is slower than the typical corporate model. The  new doctor should be coachable, have good people skills, goal oriented and a team player.we presently have two full time doctors and one part time. We provide dental services in preventive dentistry , basic restorative, implantology, esthetic dentistry, endodontics , exodontia , full mouth rehabilitations, orthodontics, and TMJ disorders. Working with our company would be like going through a General Practice Residency for a new Graduate.

we have all four seasons in our area. We have mountains, desert terrain and beautiful sunsets. We do have lakes , forests, and mountain sports nearby, the cost of living is lower than national average. 
Salary with previous doctors  can vary from $190,000–$350,000 depending on their experience. Doctors are either paid a salary plus commission or straight commission.

Option to buy in is possible to the right doctor.
