One of our goals is to provide a perfect lifestyle balance with a great doctor community, office culture and reputation. Dentistry is hard, and we want to make an ideal lifestyle practice. Typical doctors work 3 x 12hr shifts, meaning 4 days off per week. We really are a practice based around making decisions that are best for our doctors and team.
