We are in search of dentists skilled in surgery with interest in fixed full arch rehabilitation that are looking for partnership opportunities. We are a multi-location group that specializes in delivering top-quality care with same-day All-On-X restorations in a fully digital practice. We also offer overdentures and printed removable prosthetics.

Our group was formed by partners with extensive experience in the full arch DSO space who are passionate about creating equitable opportunities for surgically focused doctors who are looking for a dental home.

We provide a model that has been successful in several markets across the country and outfit our offices with top-of-the-line equipment. We set up office marketing, hire teams, and offer clinical training and ongoing hands-on support to ensure that you are practicing top-tier full arch dentistry without having to re-invent the wheel.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting consults alongside an office manager and motivating patients who are in need of full arch care.
  • Perform full arch implant surgeries with immediate load
  • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Surgically skilled with implant experience. Prior fixed arch experience preferred but not a prerequisite. Training available.
  • Familiarity with digital workflows and fabrications of printed prosthetics is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures related to dental extractions and oral surgery is essential.
  • Leadership experience and competence with leading a dental team alongside an office manager.
