• Private practice with four beautiful locations. Two locations in Mobile, one in Orange Beach, AL., and our newest location in Daphne, AL.
• 36% total collections are offered to associates. Over the past two years, our current full-time associates were compensated from $150,000 to over $380,000 annually.
• All four practices are currently owned 50/50 by former associates.
• WE ARE NOT CORPORATE! We only ask you to do treatment you are comfortable with. You are in charge of your treatment planning. The care of our patients is our main priority. No quotas, no lab restrictions, no unethical treatment suggested.
• New associates have abundant support and mentoring from senior dentists if needed. Current owners enjoy teaching, and can help new graduates with numerous procedures including: digital scanning, molar endo, surgical and impacted extractions, pediatric cases, orthodontics, implants, Botox, fillers, and larger crown and bridge cases. The owners have no problem giving guidance or assistance to new graduates if they have a challenging procedure. We have a large patient base consisting of all ages, so there is potential for all types of procedures.
• We have great relationship with specialist to refer patients out; however, we do prefer to keep most treatment in house.
• 300+ new patients a month! We have been booking out 2-3 months in advance for all dental appointments. You will have as many patients as you wish!
• Full time positions available - open to part time. We also have a sufficient number of children coming to our offices to suffice a Pediatric dentist!
• Flexible with vacation time.
