Seeking an associate dentist in Lebanon, Ohio! Our last associate left to purchase her own practice in 2024.  We are hiring to backfill that opening as well as prepare for the eventual retirement of our founder, Dr. D. Robert Haas, DDS. We have a fantastic team that all works together on a daily basis. Low drama, high output, and a team that does our best to have fun while we work. We have low turnover and constantly get compliments on our team and patients experience in our practice. We look forward to connecting with you! Compensation Daily Guarantee: $800, no penalties.  32% of collections calculated, no lab fees and paid out first week of each month. Day rate is $165,000 base. Our current associate is on track to make $250-300k this year.   Benefits : $1500 CE allowance. FDI pays 100% of malpractice policy. 401k: $1:$1 match up to 3%.  $0.50 for every dollar from 3-5%.
