Our team of five full-time dentists includes long-tenured associates , some of whom have been with us 20+ years , and we enjoy mentoring while respecting autonomy . Many of our patients are multi-generational families , reflecting a stable, loyal patient base that allows our associates to grow professionally and build long-term relationships .

Compensation & Benefits
Expected annual compensation: $200,000–$300,000
Starting compensation is 35% of collections , with growth opportunities over time.
