We are looking for a third dentist who will fit into our close knit team and who genuinely cares for our team members and our patients, above all else.
Both of our owner dentists have almost ten years of private practice experience, in addition to completing a 12 month hospital based General Practice Residency (GPR) program. Our team has created a fee-for-service practice that is now booked out 4 months on both doctors' schedules. We believe that only an experienced dentist would be able to step into such an amazing practice environment and be able to immediately meet the high demands of our patients. We expect nothing less than 5 star patient experiences and going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to our patients, on top of providing amazing dentistry. As such, we expect our third dentist to have a GPR or AEGD at minimum, but we would consider >3 years experience.
Both of our dentists are fully dedicated to ensuring the success of our third dentist, and we are happy to provide mentorship and guidance to help however we can. We are also offering a $600 per day guarantee for the first three months to ensure that there is no financial pressure on our new dentist while they get to know our team, our patients, and our systems. We pride ourselves in having the best new technology in order to provide the highest level of dental care to our patients. This technology includes Galileos CBCT, CEREC Primescan, CEREC Primemill, CEREC PrimePrint 3D Printer, CEREC Omnicam, CEREC MCXL, Itero 5D Plus, all digital records (Eaglesoft), digital intramural cameras in each operatory, and ADEC chairs.

We have Shenandoah National Park nearby for some amazing hikes and scenic views while driving through. Located only two hours from Washington D.C., two hours from Richmond, and 3.5 hours to Virginia Beach, it is an easy drive to other great places in Virginia. We love living in a smaller town with awesome people, unbelievable views, and a low cost of living. We also feature James Madison University (JMU) for a college town feel, and Merck Pharmaceuticals as two of the major employers in the area.
