Our private, dentist owned practices located in the surrounding suburbs of Reading, PA are looking for likeminded, caring individuals who are excited to join a committed team! We take pride in delivering a high standard of care, delivering an experience and result that every patient deserves.

Searching for the ideal dentist that is proficient and confident in general dentistry skills, has a teamwork mindset, open to learning, and a positive attitude.

Full time/long term position includes compensation based on a percentage of production, paid lab fees, health insurance, employer matched 401(K) plan, monthly bonuses, and an annual stipend towards licensure and CE courses. Significant raises in compensation and other benefits negotiable based on a productivity and longevity scale.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $165,357.00 - $341,102.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:

All team members will be provided the necessary PPE to practice in the safest environment possible. This includes but not limited to N95 or KN95 masks, face shields, disposable gowns, clean scrubs daily, office wide air purifiers, and cleaning products

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wyomissing, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Dental License (Required)
