Dear Graduating Pediatric Dental Resident,
What an amazing feat. You are coming into the most exciting time of your career. Congratulations on
your upcoming graduation. As you transition from your training, we would like you to consider Kelty
McLaurin Pediatric Dentistry (KMPD) as a place to practice and call home.
KMPD was established as Dr. Kelty moved from associate to owner of the practice, after being an
associate in the office for five years. Dr. David Rider established the practice approximately 35 years ago.
The practice has been the go-to Pediatric Dental office in Northern Kentucky. Our practice has a robust
patient volume for anyone who would join the team. This position is a full time, four days per week and
includes, bonus opportunity, retirement benefits, and a great team atmosphere. Should you be interested in

KMPD is located in Northern Kentucky which is a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. Northern Kentucky is a
quaint suburb with many amenities, including low cost of living, great school districts, and fun family
outings. Northern Kentucky is home to Northern Kentucky University. Most of the local community has
their allegiance to either, NKU, University of Cincinnati or the University of Kentucky. Given the
proximity to Cincinnati, a small town feel with “big city” living is achievable, but without the traffic.
Cincinnati is home to many large corporate businesses such as: Kroger, Procter & Gamble, American
Financial Group, Fifth Third Bank, and Western and Southern Financial Group, just to name a few.
Sports fans abound with the emergence of the Bengals success, FC Cincinnati, and the Cincinnati Reds.
The Over-The-Rhine district in downtown Cincy has many restaurants and bars for, which offer an
astonishing variety of foods for locals and tourists.
Geographically, we sit along the picturesque Ohio river in a very hilly landscape. This leads to beautiful
scenery and many hiking/running trails. Northern Kentucky, has been noted to be the most thriving part of
Ky as it is a major area of growth and houses the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport in Hebron, Ky.
