We are a family run practice in the beautiful Central Valley of California. Our office has a  friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We strive to offer all of our employees a healthy work-life balance which has led to incredibly loyal staff with very little turn over. We operate out of a free standing building that we own. It was recently renovated and has all new dental equipment. We have been steadily adding technology to aid in making our dental life easier and increasing the satisfaction of our patients. We currently utilize 3D scanners, printers, cameras, CBCT, and lasers. We offer all aspects of dentistry, restorative, implants, surgery, endo, ortho, and cosmetics. We are looking for an associate who would treat our patients like we treat them, with friendly and compassionate care. We currently see about 40 new patients a month and have over 400, 5 star reviews. We are one of the most well known names in dentistry in our area.

We are a family owned and growth oriented dental practice with two locations. We are seeking a general dentist to work full time in one of our locations. Team oriented management style with individual success of each team member as one of our top priorities. The owner doctor is a spear trained doc and heavily invests in the team. Spear membership for all associates is paid for by the practice. This gives you access to thousands of hours of online CE and discounts on in person workshops at the spear facility in Scottsdale. Compensation is $750/day or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is higher. Lab fees are paid by the practice. 3D printers and scanners are utilized heavily in this practice. We are fully digital using dentrix ascend cloud based software. We also have a CBCT and take them for all root canals and implant placements.
