Practice: newly built 8-chair practice with updated CBCT, Medit scanner well established general practice with over 3100 active patients 3 full time hygienists and 3 dental assistants Looking to add an associate to add procedures and to allow for the owner to shorten hours. Compensation: $20,000 signing bonus  we are offering 35% of adjusted production with no lab fee daily guarantee of $800/day for the first 4 months then to adjusted production $2000 Yearly CE stipend PTO offered 401k with 3% match Will pay malpractice insurance Mentorship Open to new graduates Location:  This general practice is located in a beautiful rural community in Nebraska, with several lakes nearby, great golf courses and plenty of areas for camping and hunting. The local schools offer great academic programs as well as sports programs for children.
