Drew Family Dentistry is searching for a full-time associate dentist to join our team. We are located in Bend, OR, consistently voted one the US's top cities to live. We have a dynamic general dental practice located in the desirable Northwest area of Bend. Dr. Blake Drew opened the practice in 2017 with the vision of offering patients the highest quality dental care coupled with unrivaled customer service. We leverage technology to offer predictable, comfortable and streamlined services ranging from Cerec same-day crowns and Invisalign to 3D printed full arch implant restorations. We have 7 beautiful A-dec equipped operatories and are looking to expand to to 11 operatories within the year. Our team consists of dedicated, compassionate dental professionals who love the work we do and the patients we treat. Our team is committed to continually growing both personally and professionally and place a high importance on continuing education. The general dentist we are looking for needs to possess the following characteristics: self awareness, emotional intelligence, excellent communication, motivated, accountable and most importantly, a team player. Completion of an AEGD or GPR and/or a minimum of 3 years in practice is preferred. Candidates will need to be proficient and confident in comprehensive treatment planning. Experience with Cerec and Invisalign is highly desirable. The culture of our team is paramount. Our systems-based operations will allow a new dentists to be supported with a clear pathway to quickly develop into a highly productive and successful member of the team. You will not be thrown into the deep-end and just expected to "produce dentistry". As mentioned above, there is continual focus on development as a team member and as a clinician through office-paid CE both inside and outside of the practice. As we are looking for the ideal, custom-fit individual for our team, compensation can and will be customized to the needs of that individual. At a baseline we provide a competitive, production-based compensation with ample opportunity for significant, high-quality dentistry. Health care and employee matched 401K are also included.
