Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 30% of collections (less 30% lab fees, paid bi-weekly)
Daily Guarantee: $750/day base salary for the first 60 days
Expected Earnings: Current associate collects $360,000 annually on a 26-hour work week , focusing on bread-and-butter general dentistry. With a full 4-day schedule , high-performing associates can earn $300,000+ annually , depending on production.
