Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Dental Associate to join our lively and upbeat team. This position offers a supportive environment where music fills the air, making the workday enjoyable and efficient. We are expanding and looking for two associates to help us grow into our new larger facility (currently being built).
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $225,000 - $350,000+ based on experience
Daily Guarantee of $750 per day to be paid on a bi-weekly basis for the first 6 months of employment.
Compensation Structure: Percentage of adjusted production
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
