We are looking for an ownership-oriented associate dentist to join our family general dental practice and plan to become the new owner no later than early 2026! I am seeking individuals who desire to own their own practice and not be an employee for their career.  I understand and appreciate the concerns that you may hold as an associate and future owner. There were problems with the associate position which I took upon departing the Navy that I did not fully appreciate at the time and can now plan to avoid with you, our new associate.   So, I had to take the bold and scary leap and in 1996 opened my current practice from flat scratch, zero patients, zero cash flow, did all the build out, acquired all equipment and did all initial hiring/training.   I am not from this area, I’m not even from this state.
